Both were lifelong residents of Belle Vernon. They are survived by a son;Howard H.Minney Jr.;Buffalo;N.Y.;a daughter;Mrs.Dolores V.Strange;Washington;D.C.;a daughter-in-law;Mrs.Willean Minney;Buffalo;N.Y.;a grandson;Charles Howard Strange;Washington;D.C. Friends will be received at the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Services will be Monday at the funeral home at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Samuel Greene officiating. Interment will be at the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Draper funeral directors are in charge of arrangements.
