Patrick J. Mauro,29,of 105 Lynnwood Ave.,Lynnwood, Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,Nov. 15,1978 in an accident on Interstate 70. Mr. Mauro was born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 13,1949,the son of Patsy and Rita Traynor Mauro. He was a graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School and attended Bethany (W.Va.) College. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon and was a salesman and contractor. In addition to his parents, he is surived by his daughter,Jennifer Mauro of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Jack and Michael,both at home; two sisters, Kathy Mauro at home and Jill Kalvesmaki of Norristown, Pa.,and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Grace Traynor of Belle Vernon R.D.4. Friends will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Main St.,Fayette City, on Wednesday after 7 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 9 a.m.,followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 9:45 a.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
