Obituary
Rena Meucci,Belle Vernon R.D.4,died Thursday,March 23,1978,in Mary Mount Hospital,Cleveland,Ohio. She was 75. Born in Italy,Dec.16,1902,she had been a Belle Vernon area resident since 1950. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church,Webster. Mrs. Meucci is survived by her husband, John Meucci,one son, Alfred J. Meucci of Champion, Pa.;one daughter, Mrs. Stephen (Lena) Swidarski of Maple Heights, Ohio and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Martin and Guido Pellegrini. Friends will be received in the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Prayer services will be held Monday at 8:45 a.m. in the funeral home,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Cross Catholic Church,Webster,with Rev. James F. Petrovsky as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
