Genevieve B. Lehew,89,formerly of Monessen,died Thursday,April 22,1999,in Kane Regional Center, Scott Township. She was born May 3,1909,in Coal Center, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Krol Moleski. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Lehew Sr.;one son, James R. Lehew Jr.;one brother, John Molesi and three sisters, Mary Lesnak,Olga Buts and Josephine Neil. Friends will be received in Griffith Mortuary Inc.,5636 Brownsville Road, South Park,on Monday from 9 to 10 a.m.,when a Blessing service will be held in the funeral home with the Rev. F. Terrence Fedigan, pastor of Nativity Roman Catholic Church, South Park,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Nativaity Roman Catholic Church,South Park, of Kane Regional Center, Scott Township. The Griffith Mortuary Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
