Nellie Plance Lambert;80;of 315 Belle Vernon Apartments;died Saturday;May 18;1991;at 12:20 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. She was born Jan.26;1911;in Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Harry and Anna Nichols Plance. A lifelong Belle Vernon area resident;she was Protestant by faith. Mrs.Lambert had been a member of the former Ladies Auxiliary of Belle Vernon Fire Company No.2. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Edwin B. Tubby Lambert;on April 15;1986. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.Jack (Sally Ann) Emery of New Eagle;and a grandson and granddaughter-in-law;John Edwin and Cheryl C.Garber of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.with the Rev.Dr.Thomas St.Clair;pastor of First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
