David Livingstone Jr.,65,of Arnold City,died Monday,Aug. 6,1990,at 9 a.m. at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born Aug. 19,1924,in Fayette City, a son of Blanche Walsh Livingstone of Arnold City and the late David Livingstone Sr. He was a member of Fayette City United Presbyterian Church,Brightwell-Daugherty American Legion Post 484 of Fayette City,the National Rifle Association and AARP. Mr. Livingstone was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation's Allenport plant as a bricklayer with 35 years service. In addition to his father,he was preceded in death by a brother and a son. Survivors,in addition to his mother,include his wife,Pauline Savko Livingstone;three sons,Kim of Follansbee,W.Va.,Monty of Belle Vernon R.D.5 and Brook William of Belle Vernon;one daughter,Connie Lee Livingstone at home;four grandchildren;two brothers,William Livingstone of Monongahela and Wesley Livingstone of Arnold City;and one sister,June Livingstone Giudici of Monessen. Friends will be received Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,and Thursday until 11 a.m.,when services will be held in the funeral home with the Rev. John Park,pastor of Marion United Presbyterian Church of Fairhope,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
