Ernest LaGoosley;304 Washington St.;Bentleyville;died Wednesday;Oct.8;1986 at 3 a.m. at his home. He was 87. Mr.LaGoosley was born in Santa Clair;Cuba;on June 25;1899;a son of the late Alphonso and Hatashia LaGoosley. He lived in Bentleyville for two years;moving from New york City. He was retired from Lincoln Hospital where he was employed as a special officer in the Bronx. Survivors include his wife;Cecelia;three stepsons;Vincent Harris and Townsend Harris;both of New york City;and Baron Harris of New Jersey;two cousins;Edward Drake of Connecticut and Dr.Warren Drake;his wife Essie andson Harry;all of Rockville Center;N.Y.;10 grandchildren;seven great-grandchildren;and nephews;nieces and cousins. Friends will be received at the William R.Taylor Funeral Home;645 McMahon Ave.;Monessen;on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at the funeral home at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Leroy Harris;pastor of Mt.Sinai Baptist Church;Charleroi;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The William R.Taylor Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
