Louis D.Lowe;247 Schoonmaker Ave.;Monessen;died Wednesday;Jan.4;1978 in the Charleroi Division;Mon Valley Hospital;following a short illness. He was 51. Born in Pricedale;June 13;1926;he had been a Monessen resident for 42 years. He was self-employed as a contractor. Mr.Lowe is survived by his widow;Bernice;oe daughter;Lorraine Pace of Monessen;one step-son;Delmar Pace of Monessen;two grandchildren;a brother;Elmer Lowe of Monessen;and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m.in the Fellowship Baptist Church;with the Rev.W.J.Hubbard;pastor;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Draper Funeral Home is in chargge of arrangements.
