Joseph Kachala;64;of Charleroi died Thursday;April 15;1993;at 12:50 p.m.in the emergency room of Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Mr.Kachala was born March 2;1929;in Charleroi;a son of the late Joseph and Mary Yuschak Kachala. He was a retired parts service mananger at the former Spencer Garage in Charleroi. Mr.Kachala was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon and the Slovak Lodge of Charleroi. Surviving are his wife;Annette Meli Kachala;and a sister;Sonya Ann Cowchok of Wilmington;Del. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Larry R.Walker;pastor of the First Baptist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
