Joseph Kulsic;71;of 15 Broad St.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;April 11;1991;at 2:17 a.m. in Jefferson Center Hospital. He was born Feb.29;1920;in Arnold City;a son of the late Michael and Catherine Powaska Kulsic. A veteran of World War II;Mr.Kulsic was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. He retired in 1983 from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Allenport plant. In adition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Josephine Dena Alessio Kulsic;in 1985;and by three brothers;John;Stanley and Frank Kulsic;and three sisters;Ann Neil;Mary Swartz and Blanche Wojcik. Survivors include one son;Charles J.Kulsic at home;and two sisters;Josephine Kulsic of Pompano Beach;Fla.;and Julia Romall of Hagaman;N.Y. Friends will be received Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a prayer service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
