Obituary

Joseph Kulsic,71,of 15 Broad St.,Belle Vernon,died Thursday,April 11,1991,at 2:17 a.m. in Jefferson Center Hospital. He was born Feb.29,1920,in Arnold City,a son of the late Michael and Catherine Powaska Kulsic. A veteran of World War II,Mr.Kulsic was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. He retired in 1983 from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.,Allenport plant. In adition to his parents,he was preceded in death by his wife,Josephine Dena Alessio Kulsic,in 1985,and by three brothers,John,Stanley and Frank Kulsic,and three sisters,Ann Neil,Mary Swartz and Blanche Wojcik. Survivors include one son,Charles J.Kulsic at home,and two sisters,Josephine Kulsic of Pompano Beach,Fla.,and Julia Romall of Hagaman,N.Y. Friends will be received Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where a prayer service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
