Marion L.Kovalchuk of Acme R.D.1 died Sunday July 27;1986;at 7:10 p.m. at her home following a lengthy illness. She was 55. Mrs.Kovalchuk was born Oct.6;1930;in North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Lorraine R.and Esther Castiaux Wells. She was employed by the Peoples Natural Gas Company at its Greensburg office. Mrs.Kovalchuk was a member of the First Christian Church of Charleroi and the National Secretaries Association. In addition to her parents whe was preceded in death by her husband;Max A.Kovalchuk. Survivors include two sons;Richard W.Kovalchuk of Houston;Texas;and Mark M.Kovalchuk of North Charleroi;one daughter;Mrs. Richard (Lorraine) Shawley of Acme;and one grandson;Luke W.Kolalchuk of North Charleroi. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where services will be held Wednesday;July 30;at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Jack Brownlee;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
