Floyd L. Krepps Sr.,70,of 1351 Paradise Ave.,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday,Jan. 17,1978 at 11:20 at his residence. He was born in Belle Vernon on March 16,1907,son of the late Frank and Alverta (Bertie) Snyder Krepps. Mr. Krepps had resided in Belle Vernon since November,1977. He formerly lived in Beaver for six years and prior to that time,was a repairman with the Salvation Army in Cleveland,Ohio for a number of years. Surviving are one son, Floyd L. Krepps Jr. of Sewickley; two daughters, Mrs. Willaim A. (Dorothy) Gaul of Belle Vernon,with whom he made his home,and Mrs. Ronald (Joan) McCallister of Beaver; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Campbell of Monessen; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at the funeal home on Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastor R. Dawson Hopson of the First United Methodist Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson is funeral director in charge.
