Obituary

Roy J. Dudgeon, 78, of Belle Vernon, Washington Township, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at Mon Valley Care Center in Carroll Township. Born Aug. 24, 1946, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late Roy E. and Mary Bobby Dudgeon. Roy was a resident of Belle Vernon, retired from Xmart Industries in Washington as a purchasing agent and was inducted into the BVA Football Hall of Fame. He is survived by a son, David Dudgeon of Monongahela. He was preceded in death by his wife, April Usher Dudgeon. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183.
