Barry L. Clark, 68, of Belle Vernon, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015, in his home. A son of the late Marjorie Clark Lindsey, he was born in Connellsville on Aug. 24, 1946. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 37 years, he retired in 2013, after 24 years at World Kitchen in Charleroi. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served from 1964 to 1969. Barry's pride and joy were his wife, children and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Eileen Staley Clark; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carrie and Larry Pavtis of Belle Vernon and Misty and Michael Forstner of Baltimore, Md.; three grandchildren, Kayela Pavtis, Noah Forstner and Nicholas Forstner; a brother-in-law, Ed Helferstay of Baltimore, Md.; three nieces; two nephews; and several great-nieces; and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Hali Forstner; one sister, Janice Helferstay; and one brother, James Clark. Funeral services will be in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Minister Millie Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
