Edward A.Jesick of 336 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Feb.26;1986;at 12:30 p.m. at his home following a lengthy illness. He was 87. Born in Fayette City;Feb.14;1898;he was a son of the late Peter and Mary Smith Jesick. Mr.Jesick was a Protestant by faith. He was a retired coal miner. He was preceded in death by his wife;Sarah Fitzpatrick Jesick on Jan.5;1977;two brothers;Frank and Paul Jesick and a sister;Clara Garder. Surviving are a son;Edward L.Jesick of Imperial;Missouri;two grandchildren;four great-grandchildren;four brothers;James;Maynard and Thomas Jesick;all of Belle Vernon an Dr.Victor Jesick of Fayette City;two sisters;Mrs.Margaret Brown and Helen Jesick;both of Belle Vernon and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to p.m. and until 11 a.m. Saturday;the time of funeral services at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City. Rev.Allen Howes of Bethel Park will officiate. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
