Mrs.Johnson was born Oct.10;1918;in Lock Four;North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Charles and Suzie Jackson. She had been a resident of Monessen for more that 40 years;and was a Baptist by faith. Surviving are a devoted friend;Ida Belle Williams;of Monessen;seven brothers;Elson Smith of Pittsburgh;Dank Smith of Masontown;Pa.;Remus Smith of Ronco;Pa.;Henry Smith of Charleroi;Donald Jackson of Pittsburgh;Earl Jackson of Donora and Tom Adams of Donora;three sisters;Mary Lou Howard and Julia Cook;both of Donora;and Dorothy Rawls of Charleroi;and a host of friends and other relatives. Friends will be received at the William R.Taylor Funeral Home;645 McMahon Ave.;Monessen;Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev.Wilbur J.Hubbard;pastor;Fellowship Baptist Church;Monessen;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery;Belle Vernon;Pa. The William R.Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
