Bernest Johnson of 317 Chestnut St.;Monessen;died suddenly at home Thursday;March 26;1981;at 10:30 a.m. He was 59. Mr. Johnson was born March 21;1921 in Charleroi;a son of the late Thomas and Annie Johnson;and spent most of his life in Monessen. Survivors include one sister;Corrine Cora Davis of Monessen;and several nieces;nephews and friends. Friends will be received in the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;Friday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m.where services will be held Saturday;March 28;at 11 a.m.with Elder Joseph Bass officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
