Beulah O.Brown Hoffman;of Monessen;died in her home Sunday;June 13;1999. Mrs.Hoffman was born in Three Springs;the daughter of the late Samuel and Louise Hershy Brown. A Methodist by faith;she was a resident of Monessen for 79 years. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law;Gloria and Russell Mace of Monessen;two brothers and a sister-in-law;Samuel and Ethel Brown of Longfellow and Vincent Brown of Three Springs;a granddaughter;Gayle E.Shetterly of Vanderbilt;a grandson;Dennis Michalski of Fairhope;five great-grandchildren;Dawn Wolford of Somerset;Raymond Shetterly of Kansas;Craig Shetterly of Monessen;Michele Shetterly of Vanderbilt and Shawn Shetterly of Uniontown;and five great-great-grandchildren;Mark Cupper;Ryan Shetterly;David Pierce;Raymond Shetterly and Miles Shetterly. Besides her parents;she was also preceded in death by her husband;Buford R.Hoffman;two daughters;Marion Isaho and Evelyn Michalski;a brother;Velve Brown;two sisters;Edna Crano and Dorothy Thomas;and a granddaughter;Lynda Eror. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.William Gawlas officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.The Rhome Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
