Marling E.Haney;69;of Star Junction;died Saturday.Oct.3;1998;at 1:15 p.m. in his home. He was born March 2;1929;in Uniontown; a son of the late Arthur E.and Edna I.Johnson Haney. Mr.Haney was a veteran of the Korean War;serving with the U.S.Army. He was a member of VFW Post 47 of Uniontown. Survivors include two sisters;Faye Mincome of Elizabeth and Joy Folle of Daisytown;and two brothers;Edward Hepple of Charleroi and Gene Hepple of Fayette City. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a sister;Audrey Roberts. Friends will be received in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc.;106 E.Independence St.;Perryopolis;Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m.;the hour of service;with Mike Vindivich officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
