Hazel McKee Harosky,76,of Belle Vernon, died Sunday, Feb. 22,1998,in the Jefferson Center Hospital, Jefferson Boro. She was born in Dravosburg on Feb. 5,1922,a daughter of the late Christie H. and Violet M. (Collins) McKee. Mrs. Harosky worked as a baker for various bakeries in the area. She was Protestant by faith. Survivors include a sister, Emma L. Vargo of Rostraver Township; a stepson, Charles Harosky Jr. of Bristol,Va.,six grandchildren, John Blozik,Scott Blozik,Jennifer Blozik, Charles Harosky, Chris Harosky and Tracy Harosky and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a nephew, David D. Vargo of Munhall and two nieces, Pamela Land and Patricia Bauer of Arlington, Texas. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc.,580 Circle Dr.,Sweeney Plan/Rostraver Township. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Mike Truszkowski officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
