Deborah Harris Hailey;32;of 1071 Marelda Ave.;Donora;was pronounced dead on arrival at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday;June 28;1988;at Mon Valley Hospital. Born Jan.30;1956;in Gallatin;she was the daughter of Darrell Garner of Norwalk;Conn.;and Anna Lee Harris Tarpley of Donora;both of whom survive. In addition to her parents;she is survived by her husband;Robert A.Hailey;of Baltimore;Md.;a son;Raymond;and two daughters;Fiona and Donna;all at home;two brothers;James Tarpley of Monessen and Robert Tarpley of Scranton;two sisters;Patricia Harris of Baltimore and Stacey Tarpley of Monessen;and several aunts;uncles;nieces;nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. in the Percy E.Law Funeral Home;1324 Meldon Ave.;Donora. Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Gallatin;with the Rev.Louis Covington officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Percy E.Law Funeral Home.
