William S.Hohenberger;227 East Lincoln Ave.;New Castle;died Wednesday;Dec.25;1985;at 9:55 a.m.in the Jamison Memorial Hospital;New Castle. He was 84. Mr.Hohgenberger was born in Pittsburgh on Oct.19;1901;a son of the late Sebastian and Anna Hohenberger. He was a retired foreman of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Monessen Plant. He was married 65 years to the former Frances Columbus;who survives. In addition to his wife;he is survived by a son;Sheldon of Warren;Ohio;a daughter;Mrs.Dolores Reiter of New Castle;five grandchildren;and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Noga Funeral Home;1142 South Mill St.;New Castle;on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the First Baptist Church;Monessen;with the Rev.Earl Lehman officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
