Emma E. Haywood, 83, of Allenport, died yesterday at Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp. Born Nov. 20, 1899, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Madison J. and Minnie G. Hall Everly. Mrs. Haywood was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Haywood, in 1970. Surviving are two sons, Roy E. Haywood of Verona, Pa., and Franklin D. Haywood of Charleroi; one daughter, Gail E. Haywood, of Allenport; a sister, Cora Savarno, of Dunlevy; six grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home,Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,where services will be held Wednesday,Oct. 19,at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Zane Rowland,pastor of the Dunlevy United Methodist Church,officiatng. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
