Mary Girardi Gillo;90;of 1306 Fayette Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Friday;Jan.27;1989;at 10:40 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Mrs.Gillo was born April 12;1898;in Torino;Italy;a daughter of the late Pietro and Maria Girardi. A Catholic by faith;she was a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon area. Her husband;Eugene Gillo;died Oct.15;1987. One brother and three sisters are also deceased. Surviving are one daughter;Mrs.Ralph (Anita) Falcone;of Falls Church;Va.;one son;John Gillo of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A blessing service will be held Monday at 10 a.m.in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
