Obituary
Emily Moskwa Geeza of Monongahela St.,Pricedale,died Sunday,June 8,1986,at 9:20 p.m. in the Washington County Health Center at Arden. Mrs. Geeza was born in Pricedale,a daughter of the late Martin and Anna Fekula Moskwa.Alifelong resident of Pricedale,she was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Belle Vernon,and the church's St. Barbara's Guild. She was a graduate of Rostraver High School and Feuster's Beauty School of Charleroi.She had owned and operated Emily's Beauty Salon of Pricedale. She also owned and operated Pricedale Kennels. She was a member of Westmoreland County Humane Society,American Breeders Association and the Business and Professional Women's Club of Charleroi. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,John S. Geeza,July 19,1982. Survivors include two sisters,Helen Moskwa of Pricedale and Mrs. Morley (Leona) Glick of Belle Vernon;two nephews,Leo Glick of Groves,Tex.,and Mark Glick of Beaumont,Tex.;and one niece,Natalie Glick of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Leonard J. Prazynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Relatives and friends will gather Wednesday at 9 a.m. at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Mary St.,Belle Vernon,for funeral services with the Rev. John Kluchko officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas services will be Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
