Obituary

Nick Grados of Main Street,Fayette City,died suddenly Saturday,March 24,1984,at 7:55 p.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital.  He was 72.  Mr.Grados was born Dec. 7,1910, in McKees Rocks, a son of the late Mike and Elizabeth Kushnar Grados. He was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., Monessen Plant, with 42 years of service. In addition to his parents Mr. Grados was preceded in death by his wife, Steffa Marie Kwapain Grados, in 1978. Survivors include three sons, Fred of Fayette City and Robert and Nicholas, both of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters. Mrs. William (Joan) Cunningham of Sarasota, Fla. and Mrs. William (Gloria) Lofink of Washington, Pa.; 13 grandchildren;five great-grandchildren;and one sister,Mrs.David (Eliabeth) Garee of Zelienople.  Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.,Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and on Wedesday,March 28,until 11 a.m.,at which time funeral services will be held with the Rev.Robert Cromwell,pastor of the Fayette City United Presbyterain Church,officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
