Loretta M. Gettings of 150 Linden Ave.,Maple View, Charleroi,died Saturday,Nov. 12,1983 at 5:20 p.m. at her home. She was 77. Mrs. Gettings was born Aug. 24,1906,in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa Mottline. A resident of Maple View the past three years,she had previously lived in Belle Vernon and Monongahela. In addition to her parents,Mrs. Gettings was preceded in death by her husband,William H. Gettings,a brother,John Mottine and a son-in-law,Jack L. Roley. Survivors include one daughter, Pat Roley,with whom she made her home; one sister, Mrs. Arthur (Irene) Gaggini of Okmulgee, Okla; one grandson,J. Derrick Roley and one nephew, Barry Gaggini. Friends will be received Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Tuesday at 1p.m.,with the Rev.Francis M. Blair,pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
