Curtis J. Frezzell Sr.,33,of 88 Pershing Court,Uniontown,died Thursday,Sept. 5,1991,in the emergency room of Uniontown Hospital,of injuries received in a vehicular accident in Uniontown's East End. Mr. Frezzell was born July 20,1958,in Monessen,a son of James Frezzell who survives and resides in Monessen,and the late Carolyn Gary Frezzell. Also surviving are his wife,Lamar Frezzell;a daughter,Tiffini,at home;two sons,Curtis Jr.and Sheldon Frezzell,both at home;three sisters,Lorae Frezzell and Terri Frezzell,both of Uniontown and Troyline Ayacze of Morgantown,W.Va.;three brothers,Chris Frezzell and Perry Frezzell,both of Pittsburgh,and Jason Frezzell of Uniontown;his maternal grandparents,Evelyn Phillips of Belle Vernon and Nathaniel Mosley of Monessen;his paternal grandmother,Velma Joyner,of Monessen;and a number of aunts,uncles,nieces,nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Monday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Muriel E. Lantz Funeral Home,297 E. Main St.,Uniontown. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Muriel E. Lantz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
