Morse Falibota of 335 Rostraver Road;Belle Vernon;died Saturday at 6:35 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. He was 66. Mr.Falibota was born April 30;1916;in Monessen;a son of Justyna Falibota of Monessen and the late John Falibota. He retired in 1979 from the Chipping Bed of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation’s Monessen Plant. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area; Mr.Falibota was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society. He was a member of Monessen Knights of Columbus Council 954;of which he was a Grand Knight. Mr.Falibota was also a member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659;the Retired Steel Workers of America;Fairhope Rod and Gun Club and the Parents Asociation of Retarded Citizens. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother;Michael Falibota. Survivors include his mother;his widow;Elsie Pavlekovsky Falibota;two daughters;Mrs.Ronald (Kathleen) Parshall of Tom’s River;N.J.and Mary Beth Falibota at home;one son;Michael Falibota of McKeesport;one brother;John Falibota of Monessen;three sisters;Mrs.Andrew (Stella) Warholich of Long Island;N.Y.;Anna Falibota and Mrs.Andrew (Mary) Hornack;both of Monessen;and one grandson;Andrew Parshall of Tom’s River;N.J. Friends will be received in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayer Service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home;followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Monessen Knights of Columbus Council 954 will gather at the funeral home on Monday at 8 p.m. to recite the Rosary. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
