Donald R.Fleming of 223 Schoonmaker Ave.;Monessen died Sunday;April 11;1982; at 3 p.m.in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh.  He was 61.  Mr.Fleming was born March 18;1921 in Monessen and had been a life-long resident of the Monessen and Belle Vernon areas. He retired in 1974 from the construction department at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.  Mr.Fleming was preceded in death by his first wife;Laura Jackson Fleming in December of 1962;and a son;Donald Fleming in July of 1963.  Survivors include his wife;Jacqueline (Jackie) Paul Kennedy Fleming;and one sister;Mrs.Anne Moody of Smithfield;Pa.  Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Lowell Adams;pastor of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon;officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
