Obituary

Mrs. Josephine C. Ftyklo, of 235 Hoffman St., Fairhope, Belle Vernon, died Thursday,July 2,1981,at 3:21 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 83. Mrs. Ftyklo was born March 7, 1898, in Austria, Hungary. She was a member ol St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Belle Vernon. Survivors include three nephews, Enoch Koslasky, Jr. of Fairhope (whom she raised from childhood), and Albert and Raymond Koslasky, both of Belle Vernon, a brother, Stanley Varsel, of Belle Vernon, a sister, Mrs. Enoch (Mary) Koslasky, Sr., of 223 Mary St.. Belle Vernon, and one niece, Julia Paholski, of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City,Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. A Wake Service will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 8:45 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m.followed by a 10 a.m.Mass of Christian Burial at St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with the Rev.Edward Gearing,pastor,as celebrant. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
