Natasha Lynn Diggs;17;of Monessen;died Thursday;Dec.9;1999;at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born Feb.21;1982;in North Charleroi. She attended the Western Pennsylvania School for the Blind for the past 13 years. She was preceded in death by her grandmother;Helen Rebecca Diggs;in 1981. Survivors include her great-grandmother;Geraldine Allen of Donora;formerly of Monessen;her mother;Denise Diggs;one sister;Kimberly;and three brothers;Michael;Derrel;and Marcus. She was also loved by many aunts;uncles and cousins. Friends will be received Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church;9th and Knox Ave.;Monessen;where funeral services will be held Monday;Dec.13;at 11 a.m.;with the Rev.Recardo Hall officiating.
