Lillian Davis, 85, of Charleroi, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1996, at her residence. She was born Sept. 17,1911, in Washington Township, a daughter of the late George H. and Jane Shock Axton. Mrs. Davis was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 94 of Donora, the W.B. A. of Charleroi, the Danes of Malta and the AARP. Surviving are three grandchildren, Vicki Bashada, David Bashada and Scott Bashada; and two great-grandchildren, Haley and Natalie Bashadaand nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry I. Davis Sr., who died Dec. 28, 1978: a daughter, Dolores Jean Bashada; and a son, Harry I. Davis. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m.in the chapel of Belle Vernon Cemetery,with the Rev.Francis M.Blair officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
