Florence Fox Sims Dukstein;77;formerly of Graham Street;Belle Vernon;died Monday;Nov.21;1994;in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Aug.26;1917;in Charleroi;a daughter of the late Sam and Lillian Hays Fox. She was a lifelong resident of the Mon Valley. She was Protestant by faith. She retired in 1979 as an office secretary for the former Fox Grocery Co.;Rostraver Township. Survivors include one son;Samuel Sims of Rostraver Township;two granddaughters;Helen Lorraine Sims and Jeannette Darlene Mayfield. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her first husband;Daniel Sims in November 1958. There will be no public visitation. Private interment services will be held Wednesday in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;is in charge of the arrangements.
