E.Jean Duwall;70;of Belle Vernon R.D.2;died at her home Saturday;Nov.11;1989. She was born in Rostraver Township March 1;1919;a daughter of the late James W.and Sarah Rankin Duwall. Miss Duwall was a retired director of the School of Anesthesiology at St.Francis Hospital;Pittsburgh. She held memberships in the Rehoboth United Presbyterian Church of Rostraver Township and the A.A.R.P.of Rostraver Township. She graduated from Rostraver High School in 1936 and was a graduate of St.Francis School of Nursing. She was a member of the Alumni Association of California University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by two brothers;John E.Duwall in 1978 and James Duwall in 1986;and two sisters;Mary I.Duwall and M.Eleanor Duwall. she is survived by three sisters;Mrs.Phyllis Smith of Farmington;Mich.;Mrs.June Sanders of North Royalton;Ohio and Mrs.Margaret (Peggy) Jolley of Fayette City;and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public viewing. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C.Stump Funeral Home of Rostraver Township is in charge of arrangements.
