Roy A.Davis of Roscoe died suddenly at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday;Feb.6;1985;in Mon Valley Hospital Inc. He was 45. He was born in Allegheny;New York;Feb.9;1939. Mr.Davis was a member of St.Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Roscoe. He was a partner in Stag Construction and a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks;Lodge No.455 of Monongahela. Surviving are his wife;Sandy Yowonske Davis;two sons;Roy A.Davis Jr. of Elco and Robert J.Davis;at home;two daughters;Michele and Jodi;both at home;and one granddaughter. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the L.M.Frye Funeral Home;427 W.Main St.;Monongahela. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday;Feb.9;at 10 a.m. in St.Joseph Roman Catholic Church;Roscoe;with the Rev.Robert Kohuch officiatng. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The L.M.Frye Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
