Julia Drotar of 201 Grove Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Tuesday;May 22;1984;at 2:30 p.m.at her home following a lengthy illness. She was 76. Mrs.Drotar was born July 6;1907;in Daisytown;a daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Balla. She was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church;Fairhope. In addition to her parents;Mrs.Drotar was preceded in death by her husband John;July 4;1954. Survivors include one son;John W.Drotar of Brownstown;one daughter;Mrs.James (Bertie) Bradford with whom she made her home;two brothers;Alexander Balla of Richeyville and Andrew Balla of Waynesburg;three sisters;Mrs.Elizabeth Hornak of Cleveland;Ohio;Mrs.Margaret Matto of Charleroi and Mrs.Helen Sopo of Detroit;Mich.;four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Thursday;May 24;at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Mary Howard;pastor of the Marion Presbyterian Church;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
