Christine Baligrosky Drotar of 307 Ohio St.;Pricedale;died Saturday;Dec.4;1982;in Magee Womens Hospital;Pittsburgh. She was 68. Mrs.Drotar was born in Pricedale on April 1;1914;a daughter of the late Dimitri and Frances (Fanny) Lazurcik Baligrosky. She was a Pricedale resident all of her life;and was a member of the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;in Belle Vernon and the Church’s St.Barbara Guild. She was preceded in death by her husband;Joseph P.Drotar;on March 23;1973;a sister;Pearl Marmura;and two bothers;Samuel and Myron. Surviving are two stepdaughters;Mrs.Thomas (Katherine) Parks of St.Petersburg;Fla.;and Mrs.Ben (Lorraine) Parks of Lake Placid;Fla.;four sisters;Mrs.Anna Mlynar of Ohio;Mrs.Mary Czaja of San Bernadino;Calif.;Mrs.Helen Vole;Pheonix;Ariz.;and Mrs.George (Hazel) Billen;Maple Heights;Ohio;step-children;nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Monday from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Relatives and friends will gather at the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Belle Vernon;for services on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.with the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor;officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas Services will be held Monday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
