John Dacko of 202 Meadow Ave.Rear;Charleroi;died Saturday;July 31;1982;at 10 p.m.in Ravenna;Ohio.  He was 68.  Mr.Dacko was born June 12;1914;in Monessen;a son of the late George and Mary Jacus Dacko.  He was retired as a welder from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.   A resident of Charleroi the past 36 years;Mr.Dacko was a member of Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi;the church council;Italia Unita Club and the Trailer Club.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Survivors include his widow;Julia Savage Dacko;one son;John Dacko of the state of California;a daughter-in-law;Sharon Dacko of Munhall; four grandchildren;and a brother;Andrew Dacko of Monessen.  He was preceded in death by a brother;George Dacko.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday in the Leonard M.Pavlic Funeral Home Inc.235 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi.  A Blessing service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.followed by additional services at 10 a.m.in Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi.  The Rev.Samuel Smolcic will officiate.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Parastas services will be held Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.in the funeral home.  The Leonard M.Pavlic Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
