She was born Jan. 23; 1955;
in North Charleroi; a. daughter
of Nick R and Theresa Tretter
Carrozza of Belle Vernon.
She was a lifelong resident of
the Belle Vernon community.
She was a member of St. Sebastian
Roman Catholic Church;
Belle Vernon. She was a member
of ARC and was involved in
Special Olympics for many
years. She excelled especially in
bowling and swimming and had won an abundant amount of
gold and silver medals in the
Special Olympics.
In addition to her parents;
she is survived by two brothers
and a sister-in-law; Donald G.
Carrozza of Van Voorhis; and
Nicholas and Musatta Carrozza
of Charleroi; two sisters and
brothers-in-law; Dorothy J. and
James Stewart of Fallowfield
Township; and Geraldine and
Larry Thompson of Newark;
Del.
Friends will be received Saturday
from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in
the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral
Home; 626 Broad Ave.;
Belle Vernon. A Prayer service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Legion of Mary will recite the Rosary Sunday at 3 p.m.in the funeral home. The Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus Council 3026 will hold services Sunday at 7 p.m.in the funeral home. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
