Dolores Stossel Chunkala;49;of Fayette City;died Tuesday;Oct.6;1998;in the Cherry Tree Nursing Center;Uniontown;following a lengthy illness. She was born in Uniontown on Aug.16;1949;a daughter of the late John and Theresa Zimcosky Stossel. Mrs.Chunkala was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and was previously employed as a cashier in the Belle Vernon Kmart. Survivors include a daughter;Susan Edwards and fiancee Thomas Richard of Fayette City;two sisters and brothers-in-law;Rita and Bill Kulchock of McClellandtown and Virginia and Ted Shutok of Uniontown;and three brothers and two sisters-in-law;Vincent and Ruth Stossel of North Madison;Ohio;Daniel and Sue Stossel of Bedford;Ohio;and John Stossel of Uniontown. Friends were received Wednesday in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home;Inc.;Main Street;Fayette City;and will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 9:30 a.m.;when a blessing service will be held in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.Donald P.Trexler as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
