Mary Grace Cardinale;70;of Charleroi;died Wednesday;June 24;1998;in Forbes Hospice;Pittsburgh. Born Nov.4;1927;in Sicily;she was the daughter of the late Calegero and Rosa Palmisano Campieri. Mrs.Cardinale was a member of Mary;Mother of the Church Parish;Charleroi;and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She was a retired seamstress from the former Donora Sportswear. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Salvatore Cardinale;two brothers;Carlo and Jack Campieri;and a sister;Stephanina Monaco;in 1998. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law;Jo Marie and Jerry Sokol of Pittsburgh;two stepdaughters;Marie Rocca and Stella Gibino;both of Charleroi;one grandson;Andrew John Sokol;and a brother;Pino Campieri of St.Louis;Mo. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 a.m.in Mary;Mother of the Church;Charleroi. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
