Jessie Mae Grant, 77 of Monessen, went to be with our Lord on June 28, 2023 at the Havencrest Rehabilitation Center in Monongahela. She was born on July 14, 1945. She was the daughter of the late William and Zadine Bronson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, John Bronson, Donald Payne, Russell Bronson, and Sylvester Bronson; three sisters, Cleo Whitlock, Emily Jackson, and Nadine Ross. Jessie was a very devoted member of Union Baptist Church of Monessen. She held the office of Senior Choir Director for many years, and Kitchen Director. Jessie is survived by her daughter whom she loved so very much, Leenie Rae Grant; one brother, William Bronson; one sister, Noryne Corley of Monessen; godchildren, Florence Majewski, Brandon Jackson, Cordero Jackson; numerous godchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends; one step-daughter, Dedra Grant. Viewing: Friday, July 7, 2023, 4-8 pm with service on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 11 am, at Union Baptist Church, 670 McMahon Avenue, Monessen, Pastor, Rev. Montae Nicholson, officiating.
