David E. Clark Sr.,48,of Belle Vernon,died suddenly on Wednesday,July 25,1990,at 8:40 p.m. on Route 906 in Washington Township. He was born in Star Junction on March 12,1942,a son of J.R. and Pearl Pugh Clark, who survive and reside in Belle Vernon. Mr. Clark was Protestant by faith, and a member of the Slovak Club of Gillespie R.D.1,Fayette City. He was most recently employed by Levison Steel Company of Hays,Pa. Mr. Clark is survived by one son, David E. Clark Jr.,of the state of California;three brothers, Richard Clark of McKeesport and Thomas Clark and John Clark,both of Belle Vernon and two sisters, Bernita Brown and Shelva Brown,both of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until 9:30 a.m. when services will be held in the funeral home with Pastor Frank DePolo of Covenant Christian Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will follow at Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
