Justina (Jessie) Kostal Claybaugh;70;of 106 Wilkinson St.;Belle Vernon (Fairhope);died Tuesday;June 19;1990;at 2:13 p.m.in the Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Dec.24;1919;in Gillespie;a daughter of the late Andrew and Justina Krivda Kostal. Mrs.Claybaugh was a lifelong resident of the Gillespie area. She was a member of the St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. She was employed for the past 30 years as a clerk at the Montgomery Ward’s store in Charleroi. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by a sister;Jenny Turcheck. She is survived by her husband;Gerald F.Claybaugh Sr.;a son;Gerald F.Claybaugh Jr.of Charleroi;a daughter;Mrs.Ted (Geraldine) Yowonske of Belle Vernon;three sisters;Mrs.William (Agnes) Molnar of Gillespie;Mrs.Paul (Helen) Sedlak of Perryopolis and Mrs.Marie Koliscak of Belle Vernon;and four grandchildren;Ted and Nicole Yowonske of Belle Vernon and Brodie and Brendan Claybaugh of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. Prayer service will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
