Helen Fritsky, 82, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Township, died Monday, May 4, 2015, at 9:38 a.m. at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born May 28, 1932, in Belle Vernon, she was the daughter of the late Wassil and Mary Staranka Fritsky. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Fritsky was Orthodox by faith and was retired from Westmoreland County Courthouse, where she worked in the tax mapping department. She is survived by brother and sister-in-law, William and Nancy Fritsky; nieces and nephews, John Fritsky, Laura Fritsky, Vincent E. Dobos; great-nieces and nephews, Chase Mattis, Christopher Fritsky, Jason Fritsky, Casey Proctor; and a great-great-nephew, Blake Proctor. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony Fritsky, Alexander Fritsky; and two sisters, Anna Dobos and Nellie Fritsky. Private family visitation and funeral services were held at the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183, with the Rev.
