Steve Cap of Stockdale;died Saturday;June 21;1986;at 3:15 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital.  He was 73.  Mr.Cap was born Aug.22;1912;in Monessen;a son of the late Mike and Mary Hrywko Cap.  A former Stockdale Borough councilman;he was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Belle Vernon.  Mr.Cap had lived in Stockdale the past 51 years.  He and his wife;Rose Fedorchak Cap;celebrated 50 years of marriage on Aug.10;1985.  He retired in 1976 as a millwright from the Allenport Plant of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.  In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a son;Ronald L.Cap;April 2;1984.  Survivors include his wife;Rose;a son;Duane Cap of Monongahela R.D.2;four brothers;Frank of Anaheim;Calif.;Mike of Citrus Heights;Calif.;John of Saegerstown and Paul of Placentia;Calif.;five sisters;Ann Madar of Lakewood;Ohio;Ella Cap of Edinboro;Catherine Firer of Saegerstown;Helen Sima of North Olmstead;Ohio;and Irene Hemphill of Sacramento;Calif.;three granddaughters;Wendy DeSantis;Sherri DiFonso and Lori Rossi;all of Charleroi;and two great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon.  Friend and relatives will gather at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Belle Vernon on Tuesday;June 24;at 9 a.m.for funeral services with Father John Kluchko;pastor;officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  A parastas service will be held Monday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home.  Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
