Linda K. Tonarelli, 78, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 22, 2026 in her home. A daughter of the late John and Norma (Simboli) Tonarelli, she was born in North Charleroi on November 15, 1947.
A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Linda was an active member and choir member at her church, St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Charleroi. She was also a member of the Anita Garibaldi Society. Linda had been employed by Mellon Bank for over 40 years until her retirement.
She is survived by two nephews, Jeff (Elizabeth) Tonarelli of Canonsburg and John (Susan) Tonarelli of Monument, Colorado, and many cousins, including Geraldine Tonarelli of Belle Vernon, Tina (Earl) Morrison of Scottdale, Elaine (Richard, deceased) Duggan of Cranberry, Fr. Ron Simboli, and James Simboli, great nieces and nephews, and extended family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Tonarelli (Patti Tonarelli Bigi) and a cousin, Dennis Simboli.
Friends will be received on Monday, June 29, 2026 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. 724-929-5300. www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory.com. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday at 12 noon in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Avenue, Charleroi, with Fr. Gerry Mikonis and Fr. Levi Hartle as celebrants. Interment will be private in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Michael’s Warriors Foundation
