Obituary

Frank Carlton Crow of 213 Marston St.,Belle Vernon,died Sunday,Aug.26,1984,at 8 a.m. at his home. He was 61. Mr.Crow was born April 27,1923,in Roscoe,a son of the late Frank A.and Ina Hamilton Crow. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. Mr.Crow retired from the Monessen Southwestern Railroad of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.where he had worked as a foreman. He had also worked as a professional photographer. He was a member of Belle Vernon F&AM Lodge 643,Uniontown Lodge of Perfection,Monessen Royal Arch Chapter 290 and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. Mr.Crow was a veteran of World War II,serving in the U.S.Air Force as a technical sergeant. Survivors include his wife,Susan Stetsko Crow,and one brother,Jimmy Crow of Fairfield,Calif. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Wednesday,Aug.29,at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Thomas St.Clair,pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon F&AM Lodge 643 will hold masonic services Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director is in charge of arrangements.
