Floyd E. Carson of Pricedale died Saturday, Oct. 4,1980 at 10 a.m. in Washington Hospital. He was 66. Mr. Carson was born May 19,1914,in Pittsburgh,a son of the late E. Finley and Evelyn Carson. He is survived by two brothers, James Carson of Chicago and E. Finley Carson Jr. of Belle Vernon; a sister,Ida E. Gordon of Pricedale,and a devoted friend,Louise Dixon of Pricedale. Friends are being received Monday from noon to 9 p.m. at the Pleasant Green A.M.E. Church in Pricedale. Services will be held at the church Tuesday at 11 a.m.,with the Rev. Bertha Sydnor officiating. The William R. Taylor Funeral Home of Monessen is in charge of arrangements.
